Profit Lever Models Inc. (“we”, “us”) operates profitleverpro.com and the ProfitLeverPro™ simulator. We are located at 2990 Princess Crescent, Coquitlam, BC V3B 7R3, Canada. Questions about privacy can be sent to our privacy contact at info@profitleverpro.com.
02Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact or demo form we collect your name, work email, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, job title, company, company size, industry and the message you write.
Information collected automatically when you submit the form. To help us respond and to filter spam and fraudulent enquiries, the form also records:
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (city, region, country and timezone), and where available the network or internet provider it belongs to;
- your browser, operating system and device type, as reported by your browser;
- your browser’s timezone, language settings, screen and window size;
- the page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link you followed;
- how long the form was open before you sent it.
We do not collect this technical information when you simply browse the site. The interactive 3D model runs entirely in your browser and does not send your settings to us.
03How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange any demonstration you request;
- to send you a confirmation that we received your message;
- to assess whether an enquiry is genuine and protect the site from spam, abuse and automated submissions;
- to understand, in aggregate, which pages and campaigns lead people to contact us.
04Consent
By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree to us using your information for the purposes above. We will not use it for marketing emails unless you separately agree. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@profitleverpro.com; we will then stop using your information except where we must keep it by law.
06How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any business relationship that follows, and then delete or anonymize it. Technical information collected to screen for spam is kept with the enquiry and deleted with it.
07Security
Information is sent to us over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access is limited to people who need it to respond to enquiries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access.
08Your rights
You may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@profitleverpro.com and we will respond within the time required by law. We may need to verify your identity first.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
10Children
This site is intended for business users. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
